Dear Seven Ravens and especially Catherine Klingler, My brother and I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you and your staff and especially Catherine Klingler, for all your hard work, dedication and excellent customer service these past months you have spent on the commissioned work for our High Elven Army. Trusting someone you don't know and have never met in person to transact business over the Internet is never a comfortable affair, but I must say before our first commissioned piece was barely base-coated, Valagar and I felt at ease. Catherine stayed in contact with us every step of the way, she carefully explained prior to each event what would transpire and our best options, double checking our requests, patiently answering our endless questions, ensuring that we were completely satisfied with her work by emailing detailed photos for our final approval before professionally packing our figs away for speedy delivery. We honestly feel she has our best interests at heart and now in her we trust implicitly. Her talent is of the highest calibre and is well documented in your on-line galleries, but most professional artists can claim comparable skill. What sets Seven Ravens apart from other studios is that your work is guaranteed to satisfy long after delivery by doing touchups on nicks and chips at little or no extra cost to your clients except the shipping, of course. Since we actually play our army we find this feature most appealing, but what sold me was the fact that for a small amount we can add details or change colors even after the commissioned work has been completed. Cat even saves my emails, pics and notes, my colors palette and also she made a reserve of my custom mixed colors for future use. if I add numbers to my existing units all I have to do is to tell her to which unit they belong and she matches them exactly to the figs that were painted months ago. we are very proud of our army and probably to the point of obsession. we have spent countless hours devising every last detail and to say we are demanding in our requests could be an understatement at best. Cat always somehow exceeds our expectations and often surprises us with delightful extras. Its absolutely the best customer service I have ever had from any business hands down in all my days. Cat has even found figures for us when we could not find them. I collect a survey band of undead pirates - not the easiest figs to find, never the less she found some for me and decked them out grand. everyone has commented on them (and all our figures ala Seven Ravens) at one time or another. Missing bits, conversions and custom requests are never a problem. We cannot thank you enough for everything Seven Ravens has done to make this a most enjoyable experience. We would happily recommend Seven Ravens to all our family and friends and to anyone with a passion for fine miniatures and gaming.     INFO ABOUT OUR PAINTER

Cat (short for Catherine) is a full time artist who's favorite art is painting. She also likes to modify and create new miniatures,  Example.Cat has been painting for over ten years, five in miniatures. She has painted for many companies, including Reaper Miniatures, Thunderbolt Mountain, Perrin Miniatures

She went to college, majoring in Art and Psychology. She also spends a lot of time writing fantasy. Cat likes gaming, playing online, WOW, Gemstone as well as AD&D. She loves a good movie and a steaming hot pizza, extra cheese and pepperoni, light on the sauce. She loves to talk miniatures as well as psychology, in fact she is currently writing a book dealing with a collection of how others have overcome, conquered and won life's battles.
